The Road to Nowhere

8 04 2009

Why in the fuck are we trying to fix this thing. It’s broken! And, it’s not the first time. In fact, ever since we entered into the rhelm of the one World Banking system it has really only pointed out one thing to me, that money is power (which really means control). Because without the control part of power the only thing money could power is the furnice.

I don’t know about you, but I’m just bored of it all, the Hope for change, or some kind of peace on Earth thingy. It’s not coming about. I think we have actually drifted well beyond hope. Just the momentum alone is too much to stop, and the machine will fight with all it’s might to stay in the throne, while we all tie our hands with positivity… Hoping for something or someone to come along and make it all better.

The truth is that if you want to use alternative fuel, refuse to buy gas. If you don’t like the financial industry, start paying cash for shit, instead of selling off your future with every dollar you borrow. The problem isn’t the system, it’s all the participation and justifications we offer it.

Look, the oil companies are pumping all this fluid out of the ground and we really don’t know what’s going to happen once we’ve pumped it all into the air in the form of pollution, but I can guess. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that we don’t like smoking in the grocery store.

I think the reason that everything is starting to fall apart is to support the language defining what is wrong with this direction, but who is even listening. I can hear it when a long time resident of Flagstaff tells me that the monsoon rains, which you used to be able to set your watch by everyday, hardly even occur in the summer any longer. I wish it were different, I really do!

But what really gets me, is when we’ve got a president who talks about Change and Hope, while he continues to practice the short-sighted views prevelent in our culture. We can see past our desires any longer. Bio-fuel for instance… Is this president aware of the fact that the World’s food supply dropped to 21 days last winter. Does he know why.

It’s really simple. Farmers have switched away from growing other things, like food, for growing this really gross corn, which is used for fuel stock. The US subsidizes it. Farmers in South America have taken up the charge and it is costing millions of people the once low prices that came with things like rice and wheat. There are of course other excuses for this, like the storms that wiped out several rice regions and wheat rust, but those are due to industrialization.

I could go on and on, but who really cares. Nothing is going to change as long as the criminals in this catastrophe are left to dominate our lives in the form of options for better living. Only you can change. Don’t expect someone or something to come along anytime soon. It’s never happened before unless they stole their wealth from someone else and used it to control the rest of us.
